Try some weighted Squats. I have been doing them for like 3 days now and my muscles look larger and defined!

To develop definition, you'll need to increase your cardio a bit. Maybe 15 -20 minutes. And so you don't lose the muscle that you're gaining, you should be eating lots of protein… preferably lean protein like chicken breasts, fish, egg whites and protein shakes. Your workout schedule is for an advanced trainer, so I hope you've been training for at least a year already. Otherwise, I would do something like:

Back, biceps, legs one day
Chest, Triceps, Shoulders another
abs + cardio everyday
one day off
repeat.

Try to avoid overtraining too! Eat healthy to support your routine. Lots of fruits and veggies. NO simple carbs like sugar, white bread, etc….

Supplements: Multi-vitamin. Creatine works well to increase your strength.

The best source for information I've found is "Muscle & Fitness" magazine. I'd consider subscribing if you're really serious.

Good luck!
